Together, you and your coach will explore your "Window of Tolerance" and identify any areas where you need to build skills.
Your coach will then help you develop a personalized plan to stay within–and over time, expand upon–your "Window of Tolerance." This might include things like stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and coping strategies for when you find yourself outside of your "Window of Tolerance."
